Spring Break In Moab

Off to Moab. This is the beginning of the trip so Mom and Dad are still smiling! Seriously though, we had a great spring break in Moab. We climbed to some ancient indian petroglyphs, hiked around Arches National Park, visited Deadhorse Point State Park, and ate and ate and ate. It was great to have the kids all to ourselves with no schedules to keep.

Traveling in style. What a cute bunch of kids!!

Look closely in the shaded area to see the petroglyphs.

This is Landscape Arch in Arches National Park.

Rod and Julie on Deadhorse Point. The view was breathtaking, but it was very windy!

Although vacations with kids are never relaxing it was a great time to get to know our children a little better. We learned that Wesley is the biggest worrier. He spent all the time when we were hiking worrying about where the little ones were and if they were too close to the edge.

We learned Connor is very patient and tolerant. He was the only one who would share a room with Halle. (If you've never slept near Halle you won't believe how loud that girl can snore!)

We discovered that Braden is great at the game Five Crowns and loves a little one-on-one time with his Mom and Dad.

We discovered that Halle really is spoiled rotten but we love her anyway because she always puts a smile on our faces.

And Parker... he is the light of our lives. He brings this family so much happiness. We learned that he can go all day on one diaper change and never complain. Ugh! Sorry Parkie!!!

We had a great weekend in Moab. Thanks for letting us share it with you.
